Creating Pages In Canvas LMS
My favorite feature about Canvas LMS is creating Pages and embedding websites. Instead of links, students can immediately engage with the content without clicking, searching, and opening an extra tab. I recommend these apps to create pages using the “embed” feature with Flipgrid, Padlet, Geogebra, and Desmos. Even Google Slides, Docs, Sheets and YouTube videos can be embedded for an enhanced learning experience. Creating Assignments in Canvas LMS
Google Drive Cloud Assignment is the updated version in Canvas LMS of accessing your Google Drive to create assignments for each student. This feature allows each student to have their own copy of a Google Doc, Sheet, or Slides. Assignments can also be created without using Google Drive as many educators use Microsoft or other platforms and Canvas integrates with numerous companies. In my presentation and webinar, I provide a step-by-step guide to creating assignments using the “external tool” feature.
