If we can not allow for failure (ours or our students)
then we can not have innovation.

Sometimes I try new things with my students and it is a disaster. If we expect our teachers to have everything perfect, then do not expect anything new either.

  1. Yesterday was one of those days. I tried…and the whole class imploded. It has been years since a class period has been so spectacularly dreadful. I really needed to hear this today! Thanks.
