When Your Flexispot Standing Desk Won’t Move

I have a Flexispot Standing Desk. I LOVE IT! However, I had an incident where I got an RST code (and honestly, it looked like ASR) and the desk would go DOWN but not up. The Flexispot standing desk won’t move. This is a FEATURE not a flaw. You do not want to break your nice standing desk, so if the mechanism is obstructed the desks enters a standby state.

You do not want to break your motorized desk. When your Flexispot standing desk won’t move you can easily fix this.

Unplug Your Flexispot Desk for 30 Seconds

Reset the desk by unplugging it. (Every tech support answer ever, turn it off and turn it back on.) Make sure you give it a full 30 seconds.

All the Way DOWN

Use the down arrow to go all the way down until it hits the way bottom and kind of bounces back up.

Good to Go

That should reset your Flexispot Standing Desk. Use the up arrow to adjust to desired height.
