In a week, November 13th, it will be #WorldKindnessDay! If this is taking you by surprise, don’t you worry because I got you covered!
This past week, during my bookchat, instead of doing an interview with Educator/Author Valerie Sousa, I invited her for story time! She just released her book, Coding To Kindness and here in our house, we love it! It combines tech skills with social emotional learning along with STEAM SHEroes. Valerie includes problem solving and vocabulary that encourages meaningful conversation.
So if you don’t want this fun day to pass without some kindness celebration, play this story time video, google the three characters, and visit Valerie Sousa’s website for FREE Activities you can do in your classroom, even if it’s virtual, with your kiddos!
Share your #WorldKindnessDay celebration with the rest of the world by using the hashtag! If you have fun using Valerie Sousa’s book, we’d love for you to use #CodingToKindness when you share!
Have fun and be kind for #WorldKindnessDay and everyday!
