Thank You for your purchase of an AliceKeeler Site License for official Add-on premium features. For each site license up to 50 users on the OU may utilize the license. This is by the honor system. At AliceKeeler LLC we do not collect data or PII around Add-on usage. We are unable to provide usage data due to the zero data collection. We must manually add your domain to our whitelisted group of users. 

Please email info@alicekeeler.com with your requested domain. This process may take 3-5 business days to complete. 

Once the domain has been added to our whitelist records, users on the domain will use the Extensions menu to install official Add-ons. When using the Add-ons from the Extensions menu, their email will be compared to, but not stored, the list of domains in our Firebase database. If the domain matches, it will return a true value to permit access to premium features. In theory, this should be seemless and without action on the part of the users. If there are any issues, please contact info@alicekeeler.com.
