Within the same spreadsheet, create a copy of a template or graphic organizer for each student on the roster. Assuming you have column headers, paste your roster of students into column A on the first sheet. On the second sheet design a template or graphic organizer. Run TemplateTab to create a copy of this graphic organizer for each student. Share the spreadsheet, with edit access, with the students.

This is a great add-on! As a teacher, I have documents that I want to copy and customize for individual students (like a rubric). This add-on lets me make named, digital copies all in one file with just the press of a button. I love Alice's work!

Everything I have ever used that has been coded by Alice Keeler has saved me a ton of time. I honestly don’t know how she does everything she has going on between teaching, teaching other teachers, raising a family, and coding all of these valuable scripts. Download this add on, and while you’re at it, check out her blog and premium membership where she has online office hours multiple times per week where you can ask her anything or attend one with a specific focus and dig deeper into that topic, weekly check-ins (which she always responds to with helpful advice or resources), and she even created Google form versions of her member’s final exams for the classes they teach! It’s unheard of how much she does for her members.
