10 Reasons You’ll Love @Canva with @MjmcalliWrites

Using Canva has helped me develop a new confidence that shows when I present or share on social media.

Look Professional

My most favorite tool to make professional presentations is Canva. I also use it to create social media posts for myself and for EduMatch Publishing as their Logistics Manager. Before I started using Canva, I exclusively used Google Slides, but since I’ve switched this past year, I always get compliments on my tailored presentations.  When presenting, you can download your Canva Slide Presentation and load onto your Google Slides or just present from your Canva account. It’s so easy to present from my account that I stopped putting them onto Google Slides.

I use Canva to help spotlight the amazing authors who write for EduMatch Publishing and share out on our social media accounts!

10 Reasons to LOVE Canva:

  • Beautiful templates and thousands to choose from!
  • Variety of Uses: presentations, business cards, social media posts, flyers, thumbnails, blog posts, etc.
  • User friendly
  • Professional appearance that keeps audience engaged
  • Ton of features to use & manipulate
  • Affordable on a budget
  • Upload pictures or use their beautiful selection
  • Collaborate/Share with other Canva users while working on projects
  • Add graphs and charts
  • Easily editable to crop pictures
Love the variety on Canva when I use it to create a professinal presentation.

They do offer a trial period for free so you can decide if it’s something you want to invest into. I have also downloaded the app onto my phone and have made presentations from it! It’s perfect for posting to Instagram, too!

This is a post I created from Canva to share on my Facebook Author’s Page and Instagram to promote my book!

Gain Confidence in Your Presentations

Admittedly, I’ve never thought I was much of a creator, but I’ve used this platform so much, I’m always getting better at it and using it throughout the different platforms I’m on. Using Canva has helped me develop a new confidence that shows when I present or share on social media. I hope you’ll find it useful to when creating lessons for your students, professional development, social media, or any time you are sharing with others!
