Google Classroom announced some exciting new features today for the Mobile App. If you have not downloaded the Google Classroom app yet for your phone or tablet it is available for free on iOS or Android.

New Google Classroom Mobile App Features
Grade Assignments  Quick feedback for students is key for student learning and student motivation. You can now grade student assignments anywhere, any time, from your mobile device.
Create Assignments  Have a great idea for an activity for your students to do? No longer do you have to wait until you’re back at your computer to start building awesome lesson sets. Create assignments right on your mobile device.
Edit Assignments  When a student points out an error on an assignment that needs to be edited quickly, Google Classroom now allows you to edit assignments on mobile devices.
Post from Photo A pictures says a thousand words. Now you can take a picture of student work, class notes or celebrate the fun things that are happening in your class. Upload photos from your photo roll as an assignment or announcement.
